1. About us

FanBound is run by Mr Jake T. Sutton, a sole trader trading as FanBound, 95B Pontmorlais, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 8UH. Email jakesutton@fanboundsupport.com. We are not registered for VAT.

2. Business customers only

Our website services are for businesses, sole traders and other organisations buying for business purposes. They are not offered to consumers.

3. Prices

Prices on this site are in pounds sterling and are the full amount, as we don't charge VAT. Any offers apply only on the conditions shown with them and in your signed agreement. The price you pay is the one in your signed agreement.

4. How ordering works

1. You enquire and we recommend a package.
2. We send a written agreement and an order schedule setting out the package, payment option, what's included, timescales and any extras.
3. A contract is formed when we have both signed and the first payment is received. Work starts then.

5. What your agreement covers

Your agreement sets out what we deliver, revision rounds, monthly plan services and limits, payment stages, cancellation, ownership of your domain, content and website files, handover arrangements, data protection, and our responsibilities if something goes wrong.

6. Results

We build websites and Google Business Profiles to good professional standards, but we can't guarantee search rankings, map positions, enquiries or sales. These depend on many things outside our control, including Google.

7. Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Please don't misuse it or copy its content or design. The example websites show fictional businesses, and their photos are AI-generated for illustration.

8. Complaints

If you're unhappy, email us and we'll reply within 5 working days and try to put things right.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
